Payment
What forms of payment can I use to make my purchases?
We have the following means of payment: MB Reference or Credit Card.
Why can my credit card be declined?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
1.The card is expired. Check the expiration date of the card.
2.The card limit has been reached. Consult your bank if the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchases.
3.The data entered is not correct. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
Is it safe to use my credit card for internet payments?
Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with credit and debit cards, it is necessary to introduce the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.
Shipment
Shipping costs are free for Mainland Portugal and Islands.
Shipping is done via our carrier.
The maximum reception period is 4 working days for mainland Portugal. For Madeira and the Azores the period will be 6 working days.
For other European Community countries the cost will be € 20 per pair. The maximum period for receipt is 10 working days.
Destinations outside the European Community, responsibility and import fees paid by the customer to the distributor upon delivery.

Exchanges & Returns
The exchange or return is accepted and made under the following conditions:
1.The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 15 days after receiving the order.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all the respective components present there.
3. Friendly Fire assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage occurring when the returned product is sent.
4.If you are not satisfied or, if for some reason, you need to change your Friendly Fires, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. After receiving the product and checking its good condition, the amount will be fully credited by bank transfer.
