You will receive your order at the address of your preference (home, work, etc. – never in PO Box).
The maximum time of receipt is 4 working days in Portugal, the deadlines mentioned do not apply in the case of the Azores and Madeira and in the other countries. In these cases, the maximum delivery time of your order will be 10 business days.

Portugal – There is no cost with exchanges or returns. You just have to send the pair to our facilities
Outside of Portugal – The shipping costs for exchange or return products are customer´s responsibility.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from the sending of the confirmation of purchase.
The www.friendlyfire.pt website reserves the right to refuse returns sent or sent after the deadline, or parts that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
