Where do I receive my order?

You receive your order at the address of your preference (home, work, etc. – never at a post office box).

How long will it take to get my order?

The maximum time to receive your shoes is 4 working days in Portugal. The deadlines mentioned isn´t applied in the case of the Azores, Madeira and in the other countries.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Cost of 10 € / pair

Destinations outside the European Community, responsibility and import fees paid by the customer to the distributor upon delivery.

How does the delivery work?

Delivery is made at your chosen address through our carrier. For any question related to the shipping of your order, contact us by store@friendlyfire.pt.

About exchanges and returns

Do I have to pay something for an exchange or a return?

There will be no cost for exchanges or returns, you just have to send the pair(s) to our facilities.

What is the deadline for an exchange or a return?

Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from the email of confirmation of purchase.

The website www.friendlyfire.pt reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set deadline, or shoes that are not in the same condition as sent.

How can I do an exchange or return?

Inform us of your decision via email: store@friendlyfire.pt

Then you just have to send the pair(s) you want to exchange or return to our facilities.

In case of exchange, shipping of new pair will be our responsibility.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, as long as the shoes are in perfect condition, you must return them with their complete original packaging.

When will I receive the amount of my return?

You will receive the amount within an estimated 10-15 days, depending on your bank.

Os artigos esgotados são repostos?

If an item is out of stock, you can, in some cases, order it. Contact us at store@friendlyfire.pt

How can I confirm that I made my order correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our email store@friendlyfire.pt   If you don´t, contact our customer service, by email: store@friendlyfire.pt
